Welcome Meeting

Overseeing furniture delivery.

Check on Electric/Gas/Water.
Maintenance/Damage check.
Keyholding & Guest Greeting
We offer to meet and greet your guests - this offers added security if you are letting out your property as we show them how to secure your windows and doors, how to work the alarm etc. We also give them general advice about the area, local shops, bars, restaurants etc and provide a point of contact for them should they have any queries or problems.
Security Alarm
We are named as first contact on your alarm and when called by the alarm company we immediately go to your property to check the situation, make it secure, contact yourselves if any problems have arisen.
